BWS U14 are the new local area champions having beaten St. Joseph's 13-0, Wyvern 16-3, Trafalgar 18-8 and St. John's Marlborough 24-8.

The yr 9's played very well all afternoon, if a little frantic at the start. Our defence was well organised which just made it so hard for the opposition to get close to the basket

We forced numerous turnovers and scored plenty of points on the fastbreak (not as many as we could have done though!!) Huw Halsworth was the catalyst for many of our opportunities as his pursuit of the ball was relentless.

Adam Farr led all scorers with 27 points, Tench and Hastings pitched in with 14 and 12 respectively.
