The boys would have been right to be in awe of the set up at our opponents, four indoor courts, four outdoor courts, full time coaches and a fulltime tennis programme for the 6th form. This however did not deter the boys who went about their business in their usual fashion.

The trio of Barry, Bendon and Rident all scoring wins in their singles to take the pressure off before the doubles. The boys however still needed to perform and did so with two 6-3 wins in the doubles to run out 10-2 winners overall and now with a very strong chance of making the knock out stages of the senior competition for the first time since 2011.
